How many times did you need to center an anchor point of the newly created shape?
I bet a lot. Go to Edit &#8211; Preferences &#8211; General and make turn on &#8220;Center Anchor Point in New Shape Layers&#8221;.
In this way, the anchor point will be centered automatically and you don&#8217;t have to worry about it ever again.
