When you use a browser such as Chrome, some information about the sites you visit is stored in cookies and cache files. Deleting this data can help fix various problems with websites including loading and displaying web pages by downloading the latest page
In Chrome
Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
If that doesn’t work, try the following:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
In Safari
Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E n To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R
If that doesn’t work, try the following:
Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Choose the website and select Remove

__In Mozilla Firefox__
For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
If that does not help, try the following:
Delete cookies for the current website
- Click on the lock
to the left of the address bar.
__Remove cookies for any website__
- Press the menu button
and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to Cookies & Site Data.

In Opera
- Select the lock icon or the globe icon, then select Cookies.
- Deploy the website that placed the cookie on your computer.
