This article explains 3 ways how you can export your animation from After Effects into a video file.
Export using AEJuice Pack Manager
Once you edited the template using the AEJuice edit panel, press an export button.
Export using Adobe Media Encoder
Open a composition you’d like to export. Press Composition – Add to Media Encoder Render Queue. n
Choose a file format (default is mp4), where to save the file, and press the green arrow to start exporting.
Export using Adobe After Effect

Export using AEJuice Export GIF
Go to Window – AEJuice Export GIF (on the bottom) and press Export. It will create a GIF animation right from After Effects.
