How to transfer an After Effects project from Windows to macOS and vice versa?

1. Collect files

Click Files – Dependencies – Collect Files. 

Select a folder where you want your project to be saved.

2. Zip a collected folder and transfer it

Zip a collected folder 

3. Unzip on macOS

Unzip the folder on macOS and open the project. Please make sure that the (Footage) folder is in the same folder as a project.
You can follow the same steps to transfer the project from macOS to Windows.
