How to export after effects to mp4

If you want to save a video in the MP4 format you can use After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder, follow these steps:

1. Open your composition in After Effects and select Composition > Add to Media Encoder Queue… This will start Media Encoder if it is not already open on your machine. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+M on Win or Option+CMD+M on Mac.
