Jump to frame

Click on the timeframe and type 10 for example.

Jump forward or backward by typing +10 or –10.

Pro tip: I personally use shortcuts Page Up and Page Down to go 1 frame forward or backward and hold Shift if I need to jump 10 frames instead of 1.
