Quickly add markers

Sometimes you need to add markers quickly or even in real time.

You can press * on the numpad to quickly add a marker.

If there is no layer selected the marker will be added to the comp.

You can do it while After Effects play a preview. So you can listen to music on the timeline and press the button in real-time.
