It turns out that you can right-click on the video and press Edit Original. It will open an original After Effects project file!
For any video rendered with After Effects, you can jump and edit the original.
If the option does not work make sure that you have a checkbox on render “Include project link”.
Pro tip: it works with Illustrator files as well.
