Returns & Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by sending us an email. This applies to any purchase, including the first payment on a subscription.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price less a non-refundable payment processing fee of 5%. This fee is charged by our payment provider at the time of purchase and is not returned to us when a refund is issued.

Full refunds, with no processing fee deducted, are issued when the product does not work as described because of a defect on our side and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

• Monthly renewals: refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date.
• Yearly renewals: refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the renewal date.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in your account dashboard: Account → Orders → Manage → Cancel AEJuice reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or repeated violations of this policy.
