If you get repeat update notifications even though you updated the plugin, try the following:

Solution 1. Download and install the latest plugin version for Windows or Mac.

Solution 2. Close After Effects. Go to “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2019\Support Files\Plug-ins” on Windows or “Applications/Adobe After Effects CC 2019/Plug-ins/” on Mac and remove AEJuice folder. Download and install the latest plugin version for Windows or Mac.
